Aug 12th Head for the Cure 2017 5K!

Looking for a 5K and want to help a good cause?! Check out Head for the Cure 2017! We have ten spots on Team 601 available thanks to our own Lyle McAllister. If you’d like a spot let us know asap. We do ask that you make a small donation to the event.

Even if we fill all ten spots you can still get registered. Who knows – maybe this will be the workout of the day .

Sept 9th Crossfit601 to host Garage Games World Wide Wod

We’ll be hosting an upcoming World Wide WOD with The Garage Games! The date is September 9th. Cost is $39 for individuals, but it does go up to $49 after the 30th.

He can AMRAP plunge a toilet better than Mario AND Luigi combined. Taking out the trash has never been easier as he uses his tremendous legs to produce a force that matches Mother Earth’s gravitational pull. Don’t tread lightly on this Custodian’s cleaning prowess, you might get sanitized.
